Return and refund policy

At Manifesto Studio, each video is uniquely designed and customized based on your intentions, words, and visuals. Due to the personalized and digital nature of our products, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds.

Cancellation period

You have a period of 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation, as long as production of your video has not yet begun.
After this period, no refunds can be granted.

Non-refundable products

Customized preview videos are considered personalized digital products. As such, they cannot be returned or refunded, in accordance with the legislation on digital goods.

Similarly, gift cards and promotional products are non-refundable.

Defective files or errors

If you notice an error in the video delivered or a technical defect (corrupted file, wrong version, playback problem), please write to us within 7 days of receipt.

After verification, we will correct or replace the file free of charge if the problem is confirmed.

Exceptional refunds

In certain exceptional cases, if a refund is granted, it will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that bank processing times may vary depending on the institution.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after confirmation, please contact us again.
